This September Marriott Hotel Manila proudly embarks on the next stage of Food and Beverage Development. From the opening of the Marriott Grand Ballroom in March 2015 to the launch of the new restaurant Man Ho, we aim to be the leader in Chinese Cuisine in the Manila Market.

Beginning September 1st we are pleased to introduce our new Chinese Executive Chef, Law Wui Wing. Join us on weekends this month and meet the Chef as he creates authentic and creative Chinese dishes at Marriott Café’s signature buffets – Ocean’s Harvest and Sunday Brunch.

A native of Hong Kong Chef Law has been mastering his craft around 
the Asia-Pacific Region running some of the area’s finest restaurants and hotels in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Seoul, Korea 
and Kobe, Japan. Come and discover the authentic taste of regional Chinese Cuisine at its finest this September and beyond.
