Come October 15, the Bavarian Sound Express Band from Munich will be back to Cebu to do yet another record breaking beer party to celebrate Oktoberfest. Organized by Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, Cebu’s own Oktoberfest is set at the resort’s beachfront, making the event a unique experience.

So what can people expect from Cebu’s own Oktoberfest? Authentic German fare, unlimited Bavarian beer and heaps of fun. There will be traditional Oktoberfest games, singing and dancing to fliegerlied, also known as the “flight song”, beer drinking contests and beer stein hoisting.

“This is the 3rd time we’re hosting Oktoberfest and we are optimistic that we will get as much if not more crowd as the first year we hosted the event” says Didier Belmonte, Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan’s General Manager. “In 2013 we had more than 400 people at the beachfront singing, dancing and of course enjoying the German fare and unlimited beer. What makes this year’s party better is that we will be serving draft and German beer; something that our local and international clientele will definitely appreciate” Didier adds.

Cebu’s own Oktoberfest promises unmatched authenticity in celebrating this globally recognized Bavarian celebration from entertainment, food and beer.

Apart from the games, raffle prizes are also up for grabs. The best dressed male and female guests will also be rewarded – so get those dirndls out of the boxes now and get it ready for a true Bavarian celebration.

Cebu’s own Oktoberfest tickets are available at Crimson Resort & Spa and online through crimsonhotel.com/oktoberfest. For inquiries, call 401 9999 or email info.mactan@crimsonhotel.com.

Early bird discount of 10% is accorded to tickets purchased until 6th October. Bulk purchase of a table of 10 enjoys 15% savings, while couples who will purchase tickets from Oct 7-15 will enjoy 10% discount.
