Astoria Boracay Bags 2013 Tripadvisor Certificate Of Excellence

Astoria Hotels and Resorts recently announced that Astoria Boracay on Station 1 has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Award, an award which honors hospitality excellence. The exclusive award  is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide and only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award. To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of 4 or higher, out of a possible 5, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 1 year. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

On behalf of the Astoria management,  Astoria Boracay’s Resort Manager Joy Suarez received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence. “Our aim is to offer our valued guests with our resort’s design driven yet comfortable accommodations and facilities, truly unforgettable travel and family holiday experiences and aim to render 100% total guest satisfaction in all aspects of our operations. This award from TripAdvisor is evidence  that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor and motivates us to do even better as we open our next set of Astoria resorts:  Currents by Astoria on Station 3 and Astoria Palawan in San Rafael, Puerto Princesa Palawan both in the first quarter of 2014.” said Suarez. Astoria Boracay opened in 2010 and has since been accredited by the Philippine Department of Tourism as a AAA resort, the equivalent to the international 5-star rating, with a total of 71 guest rooms and suites available.
